Arguments for space tourism:
It is a privilege to see the Earth from above.
The Earth is a cradle, not a prison! The technology of space travel is here and we should have access to the outer space.
It is the dream of most people to discover and experience something beyond this planet.
It helps people to see that the earth is part of an infinite universe.
Arguments against:
There are still far too many interesting and beautiful places on Earth to see before one would spend lots of money to go into space.
Space tourism will lead to the pollution of other planets.
The rich should spend part of their wealth to solve problems on earth such as hunger, diseases, pollution, etc.
It is disgusting that people spend any amount of money for a thrill

8- Smoking:
The side effects of smoking on smokers:
Every year hundreds of thousands of people around the world die from diseases caused by smoking cigarettes.
Tobacco smoke also contributes to a number of cancers.
The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette you smoke temporarily increases your heart rate and blood pressure, straining your heart and blood vessels.
This can cause heart attacks and stroke.
It slows your blood flow, cutting off oxygen to your feet and hands. Consequently some smokers end up having their limbs amputated (leg or arm cut off).
Smoking leads to the loss of the senses of taste and smell.
Smoking causes around one in five deaths from heart disease.
Smoking also represents an additional burden to the smoker's budget.
Cigarette smoking during pregnancy increases the risk of low birth weight, prematurity, spontaneous abortion, and perinatal (at or around the time of birth) mortality in humans, which has been referred to as the fetal tobacco syndrome.
Smoking result in bad smell that comes out from the mouth and makes the smoker
9- Ecodriving:
Ecodriving is a term used to describe energy efficient use of vehicles.
It is a great and easy way to reduce fuel consumption from road transport so that less fuel is used to travel the same distance.
Ecodriving offers numerous benefits, including fume emissions reductions, fuel cost savings, as well as greater safety and comfort.
There are many smart and safe driving techniques which can lead to significant fuel savings possibilities.
Tips to save energy while driving:
Drive smoothly, using the highest possible gear
Shift to higher gear as early as possible
Check tire pressures frequently at least once a month and before driving at high speed
Use air conditioning and electrical equipment wisely and switch it off if not needed. Electrical energy is converted from extra fuel burnt in a combustion engine, so electrical equipment doesn't work “for free” – it always costs extra energy and money.
Benefits of ecodriving:
Safety:
- Improves road safety
- Enhances driving skills
Financial:
- Saves fuel and money
- Reduces vehicle maintenance costs
- Reduces costs of accidents
Environmental:
- Reduces the emission of carbon dioxide in the air.
- Noise reduction
Social:
- Drivers become more responsible for the safety of passengers, walkers, and cyclists.
- Drivers become less stressed while driving.
- The smooth driving results in higher comfort for drivers and passengers.
10- Balanced diet:
Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods.
You need more than 40 different nutrients for good health.
Your daily food selection should include bread and other whole-grain products; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry, fish and other protein foods.
How much you should eat depends on your calorie needs.
Eat plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
Eat moderate portions. If you keep portion sizes reasonable, it's easier to eat the foods you want and stay healthy.
You can take fruits tinned, juiced, or chopped.
Your mails should include salads.
Balance your food choices over time. Not every food has to be "perfect." When eating a food high in fat, salt or sugar, select other foods that are low in these ingredients.
